Glad Scientist: You called for THE GLAD SCIENTIST?

Teacher: Yes! We're talking about Romans 15:13 today:

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

And I knew that if anyone could explain it best, it would be the Glad Scientist!

Glad Scientist: It's a good thing I brought my lab with me!

NOTE: When he says AND or BUT, be a little spastic for emphasis.

Glad Scientist: This jar represents me and you. AND you and you and you pointing out a few kids to get the point across.

AND God wants us to be filled with His peace…right? pour in some "PEACE"

Teacher: He sure does!

Glad Scientist: AND He wants us to be filled with His joy…right? squirt in "JOY" dish soap

Teacher: Most definitely! But how do we overflow with hope?

Glad Scientist: Now, that is the EXPLOSIVE part! Because when we put our trust in Him…Then... hold up the container labeled THE HOLY SPIRIT,  THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT goes to work! Pour it in and jump back, saying loudly: CAUSING OUR HOPE IN HIM TO O-V-E-R-F-L-O-W! Erupts in an excited, glad scientist laugh.

Teacher: Thank you, Glad Scientist! That was amazing!

Erupts again in an excited, glad scientist laugh as he exits.
